Refund policy

Refunds will be issued for products that arrive damaged or that do not fit properly. Refund window is 30 days from the day the order was placed. Returns due to incorrect sizing subject to 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the issued refund amount. Please email carolbearapparel@gmail.com to begin the return/refund process.
